How we use your BOM

We use your BOM to check availability, prepare quotations and suggest alternates. Files you upload are delivered to our sales team and kept with your enquiry.

How we protect it

We limit access to the staff who need it for your enquiry. We do not publish your BOM or use it for another customer.

When we share part information

To get prices or availability, we may share the necessary part numbers and quantities with manufacturers, distributors and other sourcing partners. We avoid sharing your company name, product name, drawings or other design information unless it is necessary and you approve.

What you can do

Remove anything we don’t need from your file before you upload it. For example, part numbers and quantities are usually enough for a quotation. To ask us to delete a BOM, email online@electrovalley.in.
