Website information

We work to keep product information accurate and current, but you should check datasheets and specifications before purchase. Links to other websites do not imply endorsement.

Order acceptance

An order is a request to buy. We accept it when we confirm it, and we may decline an order or part of an order if we cannot supply it. We will refund any amount paid for items we do not accept.

Payment confirmation

Prepaid orders are processed after payment is confirmed. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Prices and GST

Shop prices exclude GST. GST and freight are shown at checkout or in your quotation before payment. Product pages show the price per piece and the subtotal for the pack selected.

Stock availability

Stock is not reserved until we confirm your order. If availability changes, we will tell you the options, including a revised date, an approved alternate or a refund.

MOQ and SPQ

Some products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or standard pack quantity (SPQ), which means orders must follow the pack sizes shown or quoted.

Partial shipments

We may ship an order in parts where items become available at different times. We will not charge additional freight for this without your approval.

Special procurement

Special-order items may have longer lead times and may be NCNR. We will disclose these terms before order confirmation.

Pricing errors

If a price or product detail is clearly wrong, we will tell you before dispatch. You can then accept the corrected details or cancel for a full refund of the affected items.

Alternates

We will not substitute an alternate part without your approval, and you are responsible for validating it in your application.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
