Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment provider, and we receive the payment details needed to confirm your order.

Who we share it with

• Couriers: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order
• Payment providers: the details needed to process payments and refunds
• Sourcing partners: part numbers and quantities needed for quotations, as explained in our BOM confidentiality policy
• Service providers: companies that host or support our website, including analytics providers
• Authorities: where required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or for longer where tax, accounting or other laws require it. We then delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted website connections and restricted staff access.

Your requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw any consent you have given, or raise a complaint. Email online@electrovalley.in with your request, and we may need to confirm your identity. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal duties.
