How is freight charged?
Freight and handling charges vary according to the delivery location, shipment weight and dimensions, packing requirements, shipping method and order requirements. Applicable charges and taxes will be displayed at checkout or communicated through a quotation for approval before payment. Any subsequent change requires customer approval before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 days across India. Remote areas and items not immediately available can take longer, and we will notify you by email.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are sent by email within 24 to 48 hours. Tracking may not always be available online.
Do bulk orders take longer?
Bulk orders shipped directly from the manufacturer or imported need a longer lead time. Our account executive will give you the details.
What does SPQ mean?
SPQ is the standard pack quantity, which is the number of pieces in a full pack, such as a reel. Each product page shows its pack size.
What do shop prices cover?
The shop shows the price per piece. Orders are placed in the pack sizes shown on each product page, and the product page shows your subtotal. GST and freight are shown at checkout or in your quotation.
Can I buy less than a full pack?
Send us the part number and quantity you need, and we will check what is possible.
Can I return an item?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you received an incorrect part, a shortage, transit damage or a verified defect. Our shipping and returns policy covers other returns.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, every order includes a GST invoice.
How can I pay?
You can check out securely online with cards, UPI and other available methods.
What does NCNR mean?
NCNR means non-cancellable and non-returnable. We will tell you before order confirmation if an item is NCNR.
Can you suggest alternates for my BOM?
Yes. Send your BOM, and we will reply with availability, options and cross-references.
