Shipping Information:
At Electrovalley, we offer complimentary shipping for orders exceeding Rs. 10000. Free shipping eligibility is determined by the subtotal in your cart and excludes taxes or any applied coupons. Orders below Rs. 10000 incur a flat rate of Rs. 80/kg (+ GST). Free shipping is applicable only to online orders.
Our shipping partners include FedEx, Bluedart, Shree Mahavir Courier, Shree Anjani Courier, and other reputable carriers for order deliveries. Tracking details will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hours. Please note that tracking information may not always be available online.
For bulk orders shipped directly from the manufacturer or requiring importation, a longer lead time is necessary, and same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Our account executive will provide specific details for these orders.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 days across India. However, in cases where items are not immediately available for dispatch or delivery is to a remote area, the delivery time may be extended. Customers will be notified via email in such instances.
Return Policy:
We strive to ensure a seamless and pleasant shopping experience at Electrovalley. Should you need to return an item, please reach out to us with your order number and product details. We will promptly provide instructions for returning items from your order.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Defective, used, altered, or unsealed products
- Physical damage to the product or packaging
- Missing items or accessories from the package
- Significant deviation from vendor specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color, or material)
Ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition with the seal intact, and includes all original packaging, price tags, labels, invoice, and any other accompanying items.
To initiate a return, kindly email us at sales@electrovalley.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images displaying damage or missing items
Upon receiving your request, our Customer Support team will confirm the return and guide you through the pickup process. Please ensure proper packaging for the return shipment. The final decision on the return request rests with Electrovalley and is non-negotiable.
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed via NEFT/RTGS or as store credit.
Cancellation Policy:
Once payment is made, customers cannot independently cancel orders. Contact our delivery team immediately with your order number to request cancellation. If the order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your payment, deducting payment gateway and handling charges for online payments. Order cancellation takes 1-2 business days, with notification sent via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Orders cannot be canceled post-shipment.
