Warranty and Technical Claims

How warranty coverage and technical claims work.

Warranty coverage

Warranty coverage is product-specific and follows the manufacturer’s terms and product documentation for that item. Ask us before ordering if you need to confirm the terms for a part.

What may be covered

A claim may be covered where inspection confirms a manufacturing defect within the applicable terms.

What is not covered

  • Misuse or use outside the datasheet ratings
  • Soldering damage
  • Incorrect installation or circuit design
  • Unsuitable storage or handling, including ESD or moisture damage

How to make a claim

  • Email online@electrovalley.in with your order ID, part number, quantity affected and lot or date code, if available.
  • Describe the fault and how the part was used, stored and installed, with photos or test results.
  • Keep the affected parts. We may ask you to return samples for inspection, or send them to the manufacturer.
  • We confirm the outcome after inspection. This can include replacement, credit or refund, according to the applicable terms.

Alternates

Alternate parts require your approval and validation in your application before production use. Cross-references are guidance, and you must check compatibility against your own requirements.

You can escalate any decision through our complaints and grievances process.

Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies you have under applicable law, including remedies for defective or incorrect supplies.
